S.G.S.M.

On August 18, 2023, I released my debut record, S.G.S.M. (sorry, god. sorry, mom.) pioneering the genre, Darchnerve. It is a name I coined for my trans-masculine response to the trans-femme-led Hyper Pop. Nods to my predecessors like SOPHIE can be heard in my influences that also include metal, hip hop, grunge, and industrial pop. The project took three years to complete due to my medical transition causing my voice to drop halfway through production. I utilized the shift, harmonizing with my pre-transition vocals in a groundbreaking, one-of-a-kind piece of art. I developed my unique sound with the help of my production partner Saint Pressure.
